I purchased two colors of 16 pro max and used this one for about 2 weeks before deciding to keep the other. It has been sitting in the box ever since and is basically brand new. It currently has a screen protector on the screen which I will keep on for shipping. Three brand new cases are included as well as another screen protector (unused), camera lens protector, and never used charging cable. I experienced zero issues while using this phone and am unable to see any evidence of use on it. I always put a screen protector and case on every phone I get straight out of the box. Preordered direct from Apple September of 2024.
