Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Agriculture Manager to oversee and manage our agricultural projects, farms, and nurseries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural management, with the ability to lead teams, manage resources, and ensure the success of our agricultural initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage Agricultural Projects: Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of various agricultural projects, including farms, nurseries, and crop production. Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a team of agricultural workers, providing direction, training, and support to ensure efficient operations. Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets, resources, and supplies to optimize production and operational efficiency. Quality Control: Ensure high standards in crop quality and production, implementing best practices for sustainable farming and agriculture. Operations Management: Supervise daily activities, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance of agricultural facilities. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze crop yields, market trends, and environmental factors to optimize production strategies. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, safety, and agricultural regulations. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status, operational metrics, and financial performance for senior management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural management, with a proven track record of managing farms, nurseries, and agricultural projects. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to oversee department operations and drive results. Proficiency in data analysis and financial management. Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and modern agricultural techniques. Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
